- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. light Karo syrup
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. Spanish peanuts
- 6 c. Rice Chex or Corn Chex
Directions

1Mix sugar and syrup in a large bowl suitable for the microwave oven.

2Microwave on High for 1/2 minute after mixture comes to a rolling boil. Remove from oven.

3Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir well. Add Rice Chex and peanuts.

4Put into a buttered pan, 9 x 13-inch.

5Cut in squares when cool.
