Microwave Caramel Corn

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • dash salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 4 quarts popped corn in large bowl. (equals two regular size microwave bags of popcorn. Remove as many unpopped kernals as possible.)

Directions

    Cook butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in microwave. BOIL 2 minutes. Stir in soda. Add mixture to large bowl and stir to coat all of the popcorn. Cool and eat.
