- 3 12 quarts popped corn
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup butter
- 14 cup light corn syrup
- 12 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Blend the last 4 ingredients on high for 30 seconds, stir, bring to a full boil - cooking approx 2 minutes.

2Then stir in the baking soda until well dissolved.

3Put the popcorn in a large paper grocery bag, add nuts if desired.

4Pour the syrup over the popcorn in the bag, roll up bag and shake.

5Microwave 1 1/2 minutes.

6Shake then place on a cookie sheet to cool.
