- 1/2 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- pinch of salt
- 3/4 c. unsalted nuts
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and water in a 2-quart glass measure or microproof bowl.

2Cook on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until microwave candy thermometer registers 260° (a small amount of mixture will form a ball hard enough to hold its shape, but will remain pliable when dropped into bowl of cold water).
