- 1 c. corn flakes
- 1 tsp. lemon peel
- 4 (4 oz.) flounder fillets
- lettuce leaves, radishes and cucumber slices for garnish
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Directions

1Prepare sauce of choice (cocktail or cucumber).

2On wax paper combine corn flakes, parsley, lemon peel and paprika.

3Dip fillets in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.

4On rack set shallow baking dish; cook on High 5 to 6 minutes, until edges of fish flake, then arrange on lettuce.

5Serve with sauce of choice.

6Garnish with radishes and cucumber slices.
