- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can apricots
- 1 can peaches
- 1 can dark cherries
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- vanilla for flavoring
Directions

1Drain fruit and combine in baking dish.

2Make sauce by combining 1/2 cup pineapple syrup, 1/2 cup apricot syrup, 1/2 cup syrup from peaches along with brown sugar and butter.

3Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes on High, stirring to dissolve sugar.

4Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup liquid from drained fruit and add to fruit to thicken.

5Add cinnamon and flavoring and pour over fruit and microwave for 10 to 15 minutes on High.

6Serves 6.
