  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • white pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions

    Heat the water or butter in a custard cup.

    Add the egg, poke it to prevent it from exploding, and sprinkle with salt, pepper and optional Parmesan.
