Microwave Pumpkin Cake

- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. pumpkin (canned or prepared fresh)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Very lightly spray vegetable oil coating on bottom of microwave Bundt pan.

2Blend all ingredients by hand and pour into Bundt pan.

3Microwave 9 to 11 minutes on High.

4Rotate pan halfway through cooking time or as needed.

5Let stand 10 minutes before turning onto serving platter.

6Note:

7To promote even cooking, place Bundt pan on top of inverted glass pie plate on microwave floor.

8When done, cake should begin to pull away from sides of pan.

9If moist spots are noticed, blot with paper towel.
