Microwave Ranch Eggs

Directions

   Melt one pat butter or margarine in small bowl in microwave, on High for 30 seconds.

   Add eggs and Ranch dressing (Marzetti Garden Ranch works the best).

   Beat thoroughly.

   Cook on High for one minute.

   Fold in outer edges.

   If desired, place cheese slice over top of eggs.

   Cook again for 45 seconds on High with cheese, or 30 seconds without, until cheese is melted and eggs are not runny in center.

   Serves one.
