  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • Half tsp turmeric
  • 1 and a quarter pint vegetable stock
  • Salt if required

Directions

    In a large microwaveable bowl mix together the oil, garam masala, turmeric and salt and microwave for 1 minute

    Add the rice and microwave for a further 1 minute
  3. 3
    Add the vegetable stock, stir cover with lid and cook on high for 10 minutes
  4. 4
    Rest for 10 minutes before serving
