- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix flour, cocoa, soda and salt in a 9-inch square microwave-safe pan.

2Mix remaining ingredients in 4-cup measure. Stir into flour mixture until well blended.

3Microwave on High for 6 to 7 minutes, rotating dish 1/4 turn twice until pick inserted near center comes out clean.

4Cool 10 minutes on flat surface. Moist spots will dry.

5Then place on wire rack.

6Serve warm.
