  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 small jar mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub French onion dip
  • cheese (optional)

Directions

    Microwave potatoes until tender.

    In frying pan, saute onions in margarine; add mushroom slices.

    Cut potatoes in half lengthwise, scoop out potato leaving the shell.
