  • 12 slices bacon (fried crisp) or possibly you may use diced ham
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Colby or possibly Cheddar cheese
  • 2/3 c. diced onion
  • 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon herb-seasoned or possibly reg. salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper-paprika

Directions

    Layer bacon between paper towels on paper plate.

    Cover with paper towel.

    Microwave High 8-9 min or possibly till crisp.

    Remove bacon and allow to cold.

    Combine cheese and onion.

    Crumble bacon and mix with cheese.

    Sprinkle proportionately over lightly greased 9 inch glass pie plate or possibly quiche dish.

    Combine lowfat milk, baking mix, egg, salt and pepper.

    Pour over bacon cheese mix.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Microwave on high, uncovered, 12-14 min or possibly till set, rotating dish 3 or possibly 4 times.
