  • 6 iceberg lettuce leaves, cut in half
  • 12 cup hummus
  • 12 cup grated carrot
  • 12 cup coarsely chopped kalamata olive
  • 12 cup diced English cucumber
  • 12 cup coarsely chopped tomatoes
  • 14 cup flat leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
