- 4 canned tomatoes, chopped
- 2 to 3 eggs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 peppers (jalapeno or chili), diced
- 30 oz. refried beans
- 8 oz. chorizo, chopped (Mexican sausage)
Directions

1Tear or cut corn tortillas into 1-inch pieces.

2Cover bottom of skillet with oil.

3Fry tortillas in oil over high heat.

4Add tomatoes to skillet.

5Stir in chopped onion and 2 to 3 jalapeno or chili peppers, diced.
