- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 2 lb. sirloin beef
- vegetables of choice
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well, except beef and vegetables, then add the beef, cut into 1 1/2 to 2-inch cubes.

2Refrigerate at least 5 hours or overnight.

3Alternate meat and vegetables of your choice on skewer.

4Broil about 20 minutes, brushing with sauce occasionally.
