Milk Braised Pork

Ingredients
- 6 Pork Loin Steaks/chop
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 Garlic
- 200 ml Milk
- 400 ml stock of your choice
Directions

1Chop onion and garlic finely and mushroom to desired size.

2If using chops remove meat from bone.

3Chop pork into slices

4Heat a deep pan with a little oil until smoking.

5Add onions, garlic and pork and brown for a few minutes.

6Add the mushrooms then a few minutes later add the stock and milk.

7I used chicken stock but would have probably worked better with pork if available,:-)

8Allow to simmer for 10 minutes the sauce should have reduced and thickened by that time.

9You can add a little bit of plain flour to help thicken if desired.

10Now you can dish up.
