  • 1 7/16 cups all purpose flour
  • 9/16 cup bread flour
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup whole milk room temperature
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Directions

    Sieve the flours together in a bowl.

    Add the milk, butter, sugar, salt, and yeast and mix well. Place the ingredients into the bread maker

    Set to Program 1 (3 hours), light crust.

    Remove the bread from the bread maker and allow to cool.
