- 1 duck, split in half
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove pressed garlic
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Split duck in half.

2Flatten and place on rack in shallow pan.

3Bake in a 375°F oven.

4Cook all ingredients for sauce for 5 minutes before using.

5Bast with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes while baking.

6Cook ducks until cooked through.
