  • 2-1/4 cups Milk, Vitamin D Or Whole Milk (Low-Fat Doesn't Work)
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1-1/4 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1-1/4 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  • Graham Cracker Pie Crust

    Microwave milk 7 minutes on high in a glass bowl.

    Meanwhile, beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Add flour and cornstarch. Beat until smooth.

    Add egg mixture to milk and beat until smooth.

    Microwave one minute; beat. Keep microwaving one minute at a time, beating smooth after each minute. It may take 5 to 6 times before it gets semi-thick.

    Pour into graham cracker pie shell, jiggle to even out filling and refrigerate until it sets up.
