- 2-1/4 cups Milk, Vitamin D Or Whole Milk (Low-Fat Doesn't Work)
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1-1/4 Tablespoon Flour
- 1-1/4 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- Graham Cracker Pie Crust

1Microwave milk 7 minutes on high in a glass bowl.

2Meanwhile, beat sugar and eggs together until fluffy. Add flour and cornstarch. Beat until smooth.

3Add egg mixture to milk and beat until smooth.

4Microwave one minute; beat. Keep microwaving one minute at a time, beating smooth after each minute. It may take 5 to 6 times before it gets semi-thick.

5Pour into graham cracker pie shell, jiggle to even out filling and refrigerate until it sets up.
