- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 3 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions

1Heat the milk and beaten eggs in a saucepan while stirring continuously.

2Bring it to a boil, then reduce the flame and cook it for 2 more minutes.

3Meanwhile, mix gelatin with a little boiling water, stir and add it to the boiling milk. Mix well and then turn off the flame.

4Add the vanilla and sugar, mix till it dissolves completely.

5After this mixture cools, pour it in individual bowls. Refrigerate it for about four hours.

6Serve with caramel sauce.
