- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 gal. milk
- 2 to 3 c. bourbon
Directions

1In mixer, blend together the softened ice cream and milk.

2Add bourbon and mix.

3Place mixture in freezer until ready to use. The mixture fits conveniently into two 1/2-gallon milk cartons. Take from freezer and place in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving.

4Do not thaw completely; leave icy.

5Serve from silver pitcher.

6Makes approximately 1 gallon.
