- 1 c. rice
- 2 c. water
- 3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- cinnamon
Directions

1Cook the rice and water according to package directions. Pour milk into a heavy pan and add the rice and salt.

2Cook on low heat until thick and creamy, about 30 minutes or longer, stirring often.

3Add the sugar and margarine.

4Mix and when all is warm, turn off and add the vanilla and a shake of cinnamon and serve.
