  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • ground cinnamon

Directions

    Bring rice, water, condensed milk, orange juice and cinnamon sticks to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 14 to 17 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. Before serving, remove cinnamon sticks and dust the rice with cinnamon and fresh orange slices or wedges.
