- 0.5 (15 ounce) package refrigerated pie crusts (1 pie crust)
- 2 cups sliced peaches
- 2 cups raspberries
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

2Fit piecrust into a 9 inch pie dish. Place fruit in pie crust and spread evenly.

3Combine half and half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl and mix until well blended. Pour over fruit.

4Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely before serving.
