  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained

    Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla together until smooth and put into prepared pie shell.

    Put crushed pineapple on cream cheese mixture.

    Top with Cool Whip, drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with chopped pecans.

    This is a really fast, easy and delicious dessert.
