  • 1 stick oleo, softened
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 (8-inch) baked pie shells
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained

    Cream the powdered sugar and oleo together.

    Add beaten egg, salt and vanilla; mix until light and fluffy.

    Spoon mixture evenly into the 2 pie shells; chill.
