  • 8 or 9 large yellow crookneck or summer squash, wash, remove ends and cut into 1-inch rounds
  • 1 chopped yellow onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Rice Krispies
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

    eggs, Rice Krispies and salt and mix well.

    Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking
