- 8 or 9 large yellow crookneck or summer squash, wash, remove ends and cut into 1-inch rounds
- 1 chopped yellow onion
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. Rice Krispies
- salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. margarine

2a large covered pot, boil cut up squash and chopped onion until

4Drain well in colander.

7Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking
