- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can minced clams
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Saute garlic and onions in olive oil and butter on low heat until just colored.

2Add the clam juice (about 1/2 cup); simmer for 5 minutes.

3Stir in minced clams and parsley; bring to a boil.
