- 6 medium Idaho potatoes
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Directions

1Cook potatoes in skins.

2Cool, peel and coarsely shred.

3In saucepan, cook butter and cheese.

4Stir until almost melted. Remove from heat.

5Blend seasonings, sour cream and onions.

6Add potatoes and stir.

7Turn in butter.

8Put in 2-quart casserole.

9Dot with butter.

10Bake in oven at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated. Cover casserole when baking.
