Mini Bacon Spinach Bites

  • 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry ( about 1-1/2 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Mix cream cheese and onion in medium bowl until well blended.

    Add spinach, bacon bits, flour and shredded cheese; mix well.

    Stir in eggs until well blended.

    Spoon evenly into 24 well greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups.

    Bake 14 to 16 min.

    or until centres are set and tops are golden brown.

    Serve warm or chilled.
