- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 pkg. (300 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry ( about 1-1/2 cups)
- 1/3 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Mix cream cheese and onion in medium bowl until well blended.

3Add spinach, bacon bits, flour and shredded cheese; mix well.

4Stir in eggs until well blended.

5Spoon evenly into 24 well greased and floured miniature muffin pan cups.

6Bake 14 to 16 min.

7or until centres are set and tops are golden brown.

8Serve warm or chilled.
