- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- vanilla wafers
Directions

1Put 1 vanilla wafer in lined cake tins, round side up.

2Mix rest of ingredients well.

3Spoon mixture into cupcake tins, 1/2 to 3/4 full.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Makes 22 to 24 cupcakes.
