  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Beat the first 5 ingredients until fluffy.

    Place one vanilla wafer into each muffin tin.

    Add 1 tablespoon filling onto wafer. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

    When cool, place 1 tablespoon of pie filling on top.
