  • 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese (three 8 oz. pkg.)
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 boxes vanilla wafers
  • 2 cans pie filling (any flavor)

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients and mix thoroughly.

    Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cups; fill 1/2 full with cream mixture. Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

    Top with pie filling while hot.
