  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor
  • vanilla wafers

Directions

    Line cupcake papers with 1 vanilla wafer, flat side down.

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla flavor in mixer.

    Bake at 350° for 15 or 20 minutes.

    Top with favorite topping (cherry, strawberry or blueberry pie filling).
