Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. rye flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3/4 c. beer
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1In large bowl, soften yeast in warm water.

2In a small saucepan, melt margarine and honey.

3Remove from heat and add to this the beer and next three spices.

4When just warm, add beer mixture to the yeast and stir in a combination of the rye flour and 1 1/2 cup flour.

5Then add enough white flour to form a ball of dough and knead this on a board for about 5 minutes.

6Form a nice round loaf and place in a greased 8-inch pan in a warm area to rise for 1 hour.

7Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Cool on a rack.

9Great with soup meals and no hangover!!!
