  • 12 vanilla wafers
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

    Line muffin tins with liners.

    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until blended.

    Add eggs.

    Mix well.

    Pour over wafers filling 3/4 full.

    Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes. Remove from pan when cool.

    Top with fruit, nuts or preserves.
