- 12 each vanilla wafers
- 23 ounces cream cheese softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup cherry pie filling

1Place wafers, flat side down, on bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

2Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

3Add eggs; mix just until blended.

4DO NOT OVERBEAT AFTER ADDING EGGS.

5Pour over wafers, filling each cup.

6Bake at 325F (160C).

7for 30 minutes.

8Cool before removing from pan.

9Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

10Top with fruit just before serving.
