- 1/3 cups Butter, Softened At Room Temperature
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 2 cups Powered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 F.

2In a large bowl mix together the butter, egg and sugar until creamed. Add the baking powder, salt and dark cocoa. Beat until mixed and smooth. Add the milk and flour. Beat well.

3Spoon the batter into a greased (coat with cooking spray first) donut pan. Recipe makes roughly 18 donuts.

4Bake at 400 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Don't over bake. Remove pan from oven and set on a wire rack to allow donuts to cool before glazing them.

5Combine powdered sugar and milk in a medium sized bowl and mix to combine. Drizzle glaze over cooled donuts.
