- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil squash until tender; drain well.

2Add all ingredients except crackers and margarine.

3Pour into greased casserole.

4Top with cracker crumbs.

5Pour melted margarine over top.

6Bake 20 minutes or until brown and crusty at 350°.
