Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound grnd pork
  • 1/2 pound finely minced shrimp
  • 1/3 c. minced water chestnuts
  • 4 pcs dry Chinese mushrooms, soaked & minced
  • 1/2 c. spring onion, cut very finely
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 30 to 35 pcs egg roll wrappers (square)

Directions

    In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Fold in egg and soy sauce.

    Mix thoroughly.

    At one end of wrapper, spoon 2 Tbsp.

    of pork mix and roll tightly, envelope style.

    Brush end of wrapper with water to seal.

    Deep fry.

    May be frzn and deep fried frzn.

    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
