  • 1 roll ready-made puff pastry
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 5 1/4 ounces ground beef
  • 1 hard-boiled egg chopped
  • 6 green olives chopped
  • 1 tablespoon golden raisins chopped
  • salt
  • cumin
  • paprika
  • marjoram
  • 1 egg yolk

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.

    Unroll the puff pastry and cut out small circles, 5 to 6 centimeters in diameter.

    In a frying pan or skillet, add 1 tbsp. olive oil and gently fry the onion and ground beef for 10 minutes on medium heat.

    Remove from the heat and place in a bowl.

    Add the boiled egg, olives, raisins, and a pinch each of salt, cumin, paprika, and marjoram.

    Place a little of the meat mixture on to each pastry disk, fold over and seal the edges well with a fork.

    Brush with beaten egg yolk.

    Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
