   Heat oven to 325.

   Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

   Set aside.

   Beat sugar, butter, vanilla till creamy.

   Beat in eggs one at a time.

   Add flour and mix in milk.

   Stir in mini chocolate chips.

   Pour in greased pan.

   Bake 70-80 minutes.
