Mini Sausage Appetizers

   Combine raw sausage and cheese in mixing bowl.

   Add biscuit mix; blend thoroughly.

   Shape into 1-inch balls; place on cookie sheet.

   Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 10 minutes, or until brown.
