- 1 package pepperidge Farm Frozen Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- assorted fillings (see details below)
Directions

1Thaw pastry sheets at room temperature 30 minutes.

2Preheat oven to 400.

3Mix egg and water.

4Set aside.

5Unfold pastry on lightly floured surface.

6Roll each sheet into 12 inch squares and cut into 16 (3 inch) squares.

7Place filling in center of each square.

8Brush edges of squares with egg mixture.

9Fold two opposite corners to center over filling.

10Bake 15 minutes or until golden.

11Makes 32 appetizers or mini desserts.
