- 24 cupcake liners
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (20 to 21 oz.) can Wilderness peach, blueberry or cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. sliced nuts (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Line cupcake pans with liners.

2Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.

3In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.

4Fill the liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture.

5Bake in a preheated 375° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

6Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon nuts.

7Chill.
