- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- pie filling or jam
Directions

1Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla on medium speed for 10 minutes.

2Place a vanilla wafer on the bottom of muffin tin lined with cupcake papers. Pour filling in each one, 3/4 full.

3Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.

4Top with pie filling or jam.

5For a bigger batch, use 3 packages of cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar.
