  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (20 oz.) Thank You peach, blueberry or cherry pie filling

Directions

    Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners.

    Place a vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.
  3. 3
    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla until light and fluffy.

    Fill liners 3/4 full.
  5. 5
    Bake in preheated 375° oven for 15 minutes.

    Cool.
  7. 7
    Top with teaspoonful of filling.
