Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 5 c. flour
- 2 lb. walnuts, chopped very fine
- 1 tsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
Directions

1Blend 1 pound butter and cream cheese until smooth.

2Gradually add flour.

3Blend until bowl comes clean.

4Refrigerate until firm, usually overnight.

5Roll dough out in 10x sugar, not flour, and cut into 4 pieces.

6Mix last 4 ingredients to make nut mixture.

7(Dough should be divided into about 33 balls before cutting each into 4 pieces.)

8Spread nut mixture on widest part of the pie slice.

9Turn in edges and back, then roll so the tip is on the bottom of the cookie sheet.

10Bake at 375° about 15 to 17 minutes until lightly brown.

11Check during baking.

12Roll in 10x sugar.
