- 18 red new potatoes (2 lb.)
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.

3or just until tender; drain.

4Cut thin slice off of top of each potato; scoop out centers into bowl using melon baller or teaspoon, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.

5Add sour cream, bacon, onions and potato tops to potatoes in bowl; mash until blended.

6Spoon into potato shells; top with cheese.

7Place in shallow baking dish.

8Bake 10 min.
